2018 #MillionsMissing Demonstration in San Francisco (video)

YouTube video

Ashley Haugen, Events & Marketing Director for the CFS Research Center at Stanford University and Whitney Dafoe’s sister, served as emcee at the #MillionsMissing 2018 demonstration in San Francisco.

In this video, we have a clip of Dr. Janet Dafoe, Whitney’s mother. She gives a visual demonstration that shows the lack of parity in research funding from the NIH.

Also, Ronald W. Davis, PhD, director of OMF Scientific Advisory Board and Whitney Dafoe’s father, gives his reasons for the research approach our organization and the researchers working with him are taking to find answers.

And finally, Ashley shares a moment to honor the ME / CFS patients who died in this last year and expresses her feelings about her brother being so sick with this disease.
