I have ME / CFS and fibromyalgia with moderate functionality (not severe or bedridden) but currently unable to work. 1) Can you describe heart preload failure potential as I have Mitral valve prolapse and haven’t heard much about failure for ME / CFS patients.
2) I wondered if it is likely that my illness will progress to become more severe or were those 10% patients always severe cases or simply progressed.
